Book an appointment with a work order (ZZZS - Health Insurance Institute of Slovenia):

How can I make an appointment for physiotherapy with a work order issued by the Health Insurance Institute of Slovenia ( i.e.Zavod za zdravstveno zavarovanje Slovenije - ZZZS).

You will be referred to physiotherapy by your chosen GP or by a referring doctor authorised by your GP on the referral form.

It is possible to order a physiotherapy treatment with a work order:

• in person from Monday to Thursday during the ordering hours (see ordering schedule below)

Bring a valid work order! We do NOT order on Fridays.

The work order must be submitted within the legal deadline after it is issued:

• within 7 days if the urgency level is marked VERY HIGH (ZH - ZELO HITRO)
• within 21 days for the urgency levels HIGH (H - HITRO) and REGULAR (R - REDNO)

❗For reasons of organisation, please arrive punctually and regularly, and report any absence as soon as possible by email or phone. In case of an unexcused absence, you will be scheduled for the first available appointment. In the event of an unexcused absence, you will be removed from the waiting list in accordance with the ZPacP and the Regulations.
