Booking Physiotherapy – With Referral (ZZZS) or as a Self-Pay Patient
How do I book physiotherapy with a referral?
🔹 You can be referred to physiotherapy by your general practitioner (GP) or another authorised doctor using a paper referral form (work order).
Booking Options (with referral):
🔹 In person from Monday to Thursday, during our booking hours (see below)
🔹 Bring your valid referral (work order) when booking
❗ We do not accept bookings on Fridays.
Booking Hours (in person):

Bookings outside these hours are not possible.
Referral Submission Deadlines:
According to legal regulations, referrals must be submitted within:
🔹 VERY HIGH urgency (level 4): within 7 days of
🔹 HIGH (level 2) and REGULAR (level 3): within 21 days of the issue date
The deadline starts from the date on the back of your referral form.
Important Notes for Patients:
Punctuality and regular attendance are essential
🔹 Please arrive on time and attend your scheduled appointments regularly
🔹 If you are unable to attend, notify us at least 24 hours in advance

✅ If your absence is excused, you will be rescheduled for the next available appointment.
❌ Unexcused absences will result in removal from the waiting list, in accordance with the Healthcare Services Act (ZPacP) and the Rules on Waiting Lists.
